Here are the details of my current diet. I've replaced MyFitnessPal with my own application to better provide a better view of the data I care about.

The Ketogenic Diet


I came across the ketogenic diet in May of 2017. I read secveral books and articles and I was intrigued by the science behind it. I gave it a shot and for me the results were amazing.

While on this diet, I've had more energy, I've been less hungry, and I've lost alot of weight (over 50 Lbs so far). There are alot of resources out there, you can find more information and support at keto sub-reddit

Intermittent Fasting


The European languages are members of the same family. Their separate existence is a myth. For science, music, sport, etc, Europe uses the same vocabulary.

The languages only differ in their grammar, their pronunciation and their most common words. Everyone realizes why a new common language would be desirable: one could refuse to pay expensive translators.

I am a 38 year old father of 3, developer, entrepreneur and dare I say biohacker from Lafayette La. I am creating this site as an experiment to better track many aspects of my life, and share my progress.
